HIRING: DANCE TEACHER & MUSIC TEACHER
EBENEZER SR. SEC. SCHOOL is inviting applications for the positions of Dance Teacher and Music Teacher at our campus in Raja Ram Nagar, Dewas, Madhya Pradesh – 455001.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct engaging Dance and Music classes for students across different grade levels.
- Prepare lesson plans, practice schedules, performances, and activity-based learning sessions.
- Develop students' creativity, confidence, rhythm, coordination, and stage presence through practical training.
- Train students for assemblies, annual functions, cultural events, competitions, and inter-school performances.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive, inclusive, and student-friendly learning environment.
- Assess students' progress and provide regular feedback to support their artistic development.
- Coordinate with school management, colleagues, and parents to ensure students' holistic growth.
- Participate in school events, meetings, workshops, and co-curricular activities.
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Dance Teacher: Expertise in one or more dance forms with strong choreography, performance, and stage presentation skills.
- Music Teacher: Proficiency in vocal and/or instrumental music, rhythm, music theory, and performance techniques.
- Ability to organize cultural programs, competitions, and student performances.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methods and digital learning tools.
- Willingness to attend the interview, practical demonstration, and probation period.
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field.
- Professional Qualification: Relevant certifications or specialized training in Dance or Music will be an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant teaching experience.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on qualification and experience).
- Benefits as per school policy.
