HIRING: PRINCIPAL

DIPS INSTITUTIONS is inviting applications for the position of Principal at our campus in Urban Estate, Jalandhar, Punjab – 144005.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall academic, administrative, and operational management of the school.
• Ensure effective implementation of the curriculum while maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate teachers and staff to promote continuous professional growth and excellence.
• Develop and implement school policies, academic plans, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor student discipline, safety, attendance, and overall well-being to foster a positive learning environment.
• Manage admissions, examinations, budgeting, school operations, and compliance with CBSE/State Board and statutory regulations.
• Build strong relationships with parents, management, staff, and the local community.
• Represent the school in meetings, inspections, educational events, and public engagements while promoting the institution's vision and values.

Requirements

• Punctual, responsible, and highly professional with excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong expertise in academic planning, curriculum implementation, school administration, staff management, educational leadership, CBSE/State Board guidelines, strategic planning, and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in school management systems, MS Office, digital learning platforms, and educational technology.
• Ability to inspire teams, resolve conflicts, and drive continuous institutional growth.
• Willingness to attend the interview, leadership assessment (if applicable),and probation period.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum Qualification: Master's Degree.
• Professional Qualification:B.Ed. (Mandatory). Additional qualifications such as M.Ed., B.El.Ed., CTET, STET, or other relevant educational certifications will be preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of teaching and school leadership experience, with prior experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, Academic Coordinator, or similar leadership role preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month (based on qualification and experience).
• Benefits as per school policy.
