HIRING: ACADEMIC HEAD

SR GLOBAL SCHOOL is inviting applications for the position of Academic Head at our campus in NH 30, B.K.T.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the school's academic planning, curriculum implementation, and teaching-learning processes.
• Develop academic strategies to improve student performance and overall educational outcomes.
• Mentor, supervise, and evaluate teachers while promoting continuous professional development.
• Monitor lesson planning, classroom observations, assessments, and curriculum delivery to ensure academic excellence.
• Plan and implement innovative teaching methodologies, digital learning practices, and competency-based education.
• Coordinate with school management, teachers, students, and parents to ensure effective academic administration.
• Analyze academic data, examination results, and student progress to implement improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with CBSE/State Board guidelines, school policies, and academic standards.
• Participate in school meetings, training programs, inspections, and educational initiatives.

Requirements

• Punctual, responsible, and highly professional with strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong expertise in curriculum planning, academic administration, teacher mentoring, assessment strategies, CBSE/State Board guidelines, educational leadership, and school quality assurance.
• Proficiency in MS Office, digital classroom tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS),and school ERP software.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and team management abilities.
• Willingness to attend the interview, leadership assessment (if applicable),and probation period.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum Qualification: Master's Degree.
• Professional Qualification:B.Ed. (Mandatory). M.Ed., CTET, STET, or other relevant educational qualifications will be preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of teaching and academic leadership experience, preferably as an Academic Head, Academic Coordinator, Vice Principal, or similar role.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on qualification and experience).
• Benefits as per school policy.
