HIRING: TGT ALL SUBJECT TEACHER

ST. XAVIER'S HIGH SCHOOL (10+2) is inviting applications for the position of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – All Subjects at our campus in Mira Road East, Mira Bhayandar, Maharashtra – 401107.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Hindi, and other middle school subjects as per the prescribed curriculum.
• Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and activity-based learning resources.
• Develop students' conceptual understanding, critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Evaluate student performance, maintain academic records, and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
• Create a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes effective learning.
• Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
• Coordinate with school management, colleagues, and parents to support students' academic and personal development.
• Participate in school events, examinations, meetings, professional development programs, and co-curricular activities.

Requirements

• Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong subject knowledge in English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and other middle school subjects.
• Proficiency in lesson planning, classroom management, student assessment, digital teaching tools, and activity-based learning.
• Ability to motivate students and deliver engaging, learner-centered classroom experiences.
• Willingness to attend the interview, teaching demonstration, and probation period.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in the relevant subject.
• Professional Qualification:B.Ed. (Mandatory). CTET/STET qualification will be preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience as a TGT.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on qualification and experience).
• Benefits as per school policy.
