Job Description

HIRING: PRT ALL SUBJECT TEACHER

SHREE SWAMINARAYAN GURUKUL INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL is inviting applications for the position of Primary Teacher (PRT) – All Subjects at our campus in Makarba, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach English, Mathematics, EVS, Science, Social Studies, Hindi, and other primary-level subjects as per the prescribed curriculum.
  • Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and activity-based learning materials to enhance classroom engagement.
  • Build strong foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, communication, and critical thinking among students.
  • Assess student performance, maintain academic records, and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
  • Maintain classroom discipline while creating a safe, positive, and child-friendly learning environment.
  • Integrate modern teaching methodologies and digital learning tools into classroom instruction.
  • Coordinate with school management, fellow teachers, and parents to support students' academic and holistic development.
  • Participate in school assemblies, examinations, meetings, training programs, and co-curricular activities.

Requirements

  • Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude.
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong knowledge of English, Mathematics, EVS, Science, Social Studies, and primary classroom pedagogy.
  • Ability to conduct interactive, activity-based, and student-centered learning sessions.
  • Basic proficiency in digital classroom tools and educational technology will be an added advantage.
  • Willingness to attend the interview, teaching demonstration, and probation period.

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree.
  • Professional Qualification:D.El.Ed. (Mandatory)
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a Primary School.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹33,000 per month (based on qualification and experience).
  • Benefits as per school policy.
