Job Description

HIRING: PHYSICS & MATHEMATICS TEACHERS

ARB INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL is inviting applications for the positions of Physics Teacher and Mathematics Teacher at our campus in Pollachi, Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach Physics or Mathematics in accordance with the prescribed curriculum and academic standards.
  • Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, practical activities, and assessments to promote conceptual understanding.
  • Develop students' analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and application-based learning skills.
  • Conduct classroom demonstrations, experiments (for Physics),and interactive learning sessions.
  • Evaluate student performance, maintain academic records, and provide timely guidance and feedback.
  • Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, engaging, and student-centered learning environment.
  • Integrate digital teaching tools and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
  • Coordinate with school management, colleagues, and parents to support students' academic growth.
  • Participate in school events, examinations, meetings, training programs, and co-curricular activities.

Requirements

  • Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude.
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage).
  • Physics Teacher: Strong knowledge of Mechanics, Electricity & Magnetism, Optics, Modern Physics, laboratory practices, and practical demonstrations.
  • Mathematics Teacher: Excellent command of Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus, Statistics, and logical reasoning with problem-solving techniques.
  • Proficiency in smart classroom technology, digital learning platforms, and activity-based teaching methodologies.
  • Willingness to attend the interview, teaching demonstration, and probation period.

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in the relevant subject.
  • Professional Qualification:B.Ed. (Mandatory)
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in the relevant subject.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹42,000 per month (based on qualification and experience).
  • Benefits as per school policy.
