HIRING: MATHEMATICS, CHEMISTRY, PHYSICS & SOCIAL SCIENCE TEACHERS

AKT MEMORIAL VIDYA SAAKET SR. SEC. SCHOOL (CBSE) – KALLAKURICHI is inviting applications for the positions of Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Social Science Teachers at our campus in Kallakurichi, Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach the assigned subject in accordance with the CBSE curriculum and academic standards.
• Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, assessments, and practical learning activities.
• Foster conceptual understanding, analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and problem-solving skills among students.
• Conduct laboratory experiments and practical demonstrations for Physics and Chemistry while ensuring laboratory safety.
• Assess student performance, maintain academic records, and provide timely academic guidance and feedback.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment.
• Integrate smart classroom technology, digital learning tools, and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
• Coordinate with school management, colleagues, and parents to support students' academic and holistic development.
• Participate in school events, examinations, meetings, faculty development programs, and co-curricular activities.

Requirements

• Punctual, responsible, and highly professional attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage).
• Mathematics Teacher: Strong expertise in Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus, Statistics, and advanced problem-solving techniques.
• Chemistry Teacher: Excellent knowledge of Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry, laboratory practices, and practical applications.
• Physics Teacher: Strong command of Mechanics, Electricity & Magnetism, Optics, Modern Physics, laboratory experiments, and scientific investigations.
• Social Science Teacher: Expertise in History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, Civics, and inquiry-based teaching methodologies.
• Proficiency in smart classroom technology, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and digital teaching tools.
• Willingness to attend the interview, teaching demonstration, and probation period.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum Qualification: Master's Degree in the relevant subject.
• Professional Qualification: B.Ed. (Mandatory). M.Ed., CTET, and STET qualifications will be preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant teaching experience, preferably in a CBSE Senior Secondary School.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month (based on qualification and experience).
• Benefits as per school policy.
