INDIRA PRIYADARSHINI HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL is inviting applications for the position of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – All Subjects at our campus in Kohefiza, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh – 462001.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, and other assigned subjects in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
• Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, assessments, and engaging classroom activities.
• Foster conceptual understanding, critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills among students.
• Assess student performance, maintain academic records, and provide regular academic guidance and constructive feedback.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment.
• Integrate smart classroom technology, digital learning tools, and innovative teaching methodologies into daily instruction.
• Coordinate with school management, colleagues, and parents to support students' academic and overall development.
• Participate in school events, examinations, faculty meetings, training programs, and co-curricular activities.

Requirements

• Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong subject knowledge in English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, and effective classroom pedagogy.
• Ability to deliver interactive, activity-based, and learner-centric lessons using modern teaching practices.
• Proficiency in smart classroom technology, MS Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS),and digital teaching tools.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to attend the interview, teaching demonstration, and probation period.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in the relevant subject.
• Professional Qualification:B.Ed. (Mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience as a TGT.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹42,000 per month (based on qualification and experience).
• Benefits as per school policy.
