Job Description

HIRING: FEMALE PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHER (PET/PTI)

Neoteric WORLD SCHOOL is inviting applications for the position of Female Physical Education Teacher (PET/PTI) at our campus in New City Center, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh – 474006.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct Physical Education classes in accordance with the school curriculum and promote students' physical fitness and overall well-being.
  • Train students in fitness exercises, athletics, yoga, team sports, individual sports, and recreational activities.
  • Organize and supervise sports events, annual sports meets, inter-house competitions, and inter-school tournaments.
  • Develop students' skills in physical fitness, teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline, leadership, and healthy lifestyle practices.
  • Assess students' physical performance, maintain fitness records, and provide individual guidance for improvement.
  • Ensure the safe use and maintenance of sports equipment and playground facilities while following safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with school management, teachers, and parents to encourage participation in sports and co-curricular activities.
  • Participate in school events, faculty meetings, training programs, and other institutional activities as required.

Requirements

  • Punctual, responsible, energetic, and professional attitude.
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong expertise in physical fitness training, athletics, sports coaching, yoga, sports rules, first aid, injury prevention, and student wellness.
  • Ability to motivate students and conduct engaging, activity-based physical education sessions.
  • Proficiency in maintaining sports records, organizing competitions, and using digital tools for reporting and planning.
  • Willingness to attend the interview, practical demonstration, and probation period.

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree.
  • Professional Qualification:B.P.Ed. or M.P.Ed. (Mandatory)
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Physical Education Teacher (Female).

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on qualification and experience).
  • Benefits as per school policy.
