HIRING: PRE-PRIMARY TEACHERS

BBRT INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL is inviting applications for the position of Pre-Primary Teachers at our campus in Kalyan, Kamba, Maharashtra – 421103.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach pre-primary students through play-based, activity-oriented, and child-centric learning methods.
• Prepare creative lesson plans, classroom activities, worksheets, learning aids, and age-appropriate teaching materials.
• Develop children's early literacy, numeracy, communication, motor, cognitive, social, and emotional skills.
• Foster a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and confidence.
• Monitor each child's progress, maintain academic and developmental records, and provide regular feedback to parents.
• Conduct storytelling, rhymes, phonics, art & craft, music, games, and experiential learning activities.
• Maintain classroom discipline while ensuring the safety, hygiene, and well-being of every child.
• Coordinate with school management, fellow teachers, and parents to support the holistic development of students.
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, training sessions, and co-curricular activities.

Requirements

• Punctual, caring, responsible, and professional attitude.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong understanding of early childhood education, phonics, storytelling, classroom management, creative learning activities, and child development.
• Ability to create a fun, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young learners.
• Proficiency in smart classroom technology, MS Office, and digital teaching tools will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to attend the interview, teaching demonstration, and probation period.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree.
• Professional Qualification: NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) – Mandatory
• Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience in pre-primary teaching will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on qualification and experience).
• Benefits as per school policy.
