HIRING: SCIENCE TEACHER

LEARNERS ACADEMY is inviting applications for the position of Science Teacher at our campus in Lakdikapul, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500057.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Science in accordance with the prescribed curriculum and academic standards.
• Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, assessments, laboratory activities, and project-based learning modules.
• Develop students' understanding of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, scientific concepts, experimental techniques, and scientific inquiry.
• Conduct practical demonstrations, laboratory experiments, and hands-on activities while ensuring laboratory safety and proper use of equipment.
• Encourage critical thinking, observation, problem-solving, research skills, and innovation through activity-based learning.
• Assess student performance, maintain academic records, and provide regular academic guidance and constructive feedback.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment.
• Integrate smart classroom technology, Learning Management Systems (LMS),digital simulations, and modern teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
• Coordinate with school management, colleagues, and parents to support students' academic and overall development.
• Participate in school events, examinations, faculty meetings, professional development programs, and co-curricular activities.

Requirements

• Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong expertise in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, laboratory practices, scientific methodology, and STEM-based learning.
• Ability to conduct engaging theory and practical sessions using activity-based and inquiry-driven teaching methods.
• Proficiency in smart classroom technology, MS Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS),and digital teaching tools.
• Willingness to attend the interview, teaching demonstration, and probation period.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Science or a relevant discipline.
• Professional Qualification:B.Ed. (Mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience as a Science Teacher.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on qualification and experience).
• Benefits as per school policy.
