The Growing Tree School is inviting applications for the position of Primary Teachers (All Subjects) for its campus in Banjarawala, Dehradun, Uttarakhand – 248121.

Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated primary educators who can create an engaging, child-friendly learning environment while building strong academic foundations. Candidates should be passionate about activity-based teaching and committed to the holistic development of young learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach English, Mathematics, EVS, Science, Social Studies, Hindi, and other primary-level subjects.
• Design engaging lesson plans, worksheets, classroom activities, and assessments.
• Foster students' literacy, numeracy, communication, creativity, and critical thinking skills.
• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor student progress and maintain academic records.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic and behavioural development.
• Integrate smart classroom tools and modern teaching methodologies into daily lessons.
• Participate in school events, assemblies, PTMs, staff meetings, and professional development programs.

Required Skills

• Strong subject knowledge across primary-level curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management and child-centric teaching skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in activity-based learning, classroom technology, and digital teaching tools.
• Passion for nurturing young learners and promoting holistic development.

Eligibility

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
• Professional Qualification:D.El.Ed. (Mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the primary level.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹34,000 per month(depending on qualifications and experience).
