VINDHYAVALLEY HIGH SCHOOL DAY & RESIDENTIAL is seeking an experienced and dynamic Pre-Primary & Primary Coordinator to lead academic planning, curriculum implementation, and faculty coordination for the foundational and primary sections.

Location: Suryanagar, Karimnagar, Telangana – 505001

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the academic activities of the Pre-Primary and Primary sections.
• Guide teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and effective teaching practices.
• Monitor curriculum implementation and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
• Plan assessments, academic calendars, and co-curricular activities.
• Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication and meetings.
• Ensure a safe, child-friendly, and engaging learning environment.
• Collaborate with school leadership to achieve academic goals and institutional excellence.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹38,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience).
