Position Overview

The Admission Counselor will play a key role in promoting the school's admissions, managing enquiries, counseling prospective parents and students, and ensuring a smooth admission experience from enquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle admission enquiries through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
• Counsel parents and students regarding academic programs, facilities, and admission procedures.
• Conduct campus tours and explain the school's unique features and learning environment.
• Follow up with prospective families to maximize admissions.
• Maintain accurate admission records and student databases.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative departments during the admission process.
• Participate in admission drives, educational fairs, and promotional events.
• Ensure excellent parent relations and provide professional customer service.
