PODAR WORLD SCHOOL BHOPAL is inviting applications for the position of Activity Incharge. We are looking for a creative, energetic, and organized professional who can plan and manage co-curricular activities that contribute to the holistic development of students.

Job Location: Badwai, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh – 462038

Role & Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise school co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
• Coordinate cultural events, annual functions, competitions, exhibitions, and celebrations.
• Prepare activity calendars in collaboration with the academic team.
• Encourage student participation in sports, arts, clubs, and leadership programs.
• Coordinate with teachers, parents, and external resource persons for successful event execution.
• Manage event logistics, schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Ensure discipline, safety, and smooth conduct of all school activities.
• Represent the school during inter-school competitions and educational events.

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
• Professional Qualification: Relevant certification or additional qualification preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in school activity coordination, event management, or student engagement.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Passion for organizing educational, cultural, and creative activities.
• Ability to manage multiple events while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Willingness to attend interviews, demonstrations (if applicable),and probation as per school policy.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience).
