Delhi Public School Greater Faridabad, Sector-81 (Under the aegis of The DPS Society) is inviting applications from experienced and dedicated professionals for the position of Career Counsellor.

Position: Career Counsellor

Location: Sector 81, Faridabad, Haryana – 121007

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Master's Degree
  • Professional Qualification: B.Ed., M.Ed., CTET, or other relevant certification in Career Guidance/Counselling
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in career counselling or student guidance

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide students in making informed career, higher education, and subject selection decisions.
  • Conduct career assessments, aptitude tests, and one-on-one counselling sessions.
  • Assist students with university admissions, scholarship opportunities, and entrance examination planning.
  • Organize career fairs, university interactions, seminars, and counselling workshops.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school leadership to support students' academic and career goals.
  • Maintain student counselling records and prepare career development plans.
  • Stay updated with national and international education trends, admission processes, and career pathways.
