Pinewood School is seeking an experienced and visionary Vice Principal to lead academic excellence and support the overall administration of the school.

Position: Vice Principal
Location: Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹64,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience)

Desired Qualifications

• Master's Degree (Mandatory)
• Professional Qualification: B.Ed., M.Ed., CTET, or other relevant certification
• Minimum 10 years of teaching and academic leadership experience
• Excellent communication, leadership, and school management skills

• Academic planning and curriculum implementation
• Staff supervision, mentoring, and performance management

• CBSE/School compliance and documentation
• Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day academic and administrative operations.
• Mentor teachers and ensure high-quality teaching standards.
• Monitor curriculum delivery, student performance, and assessments.
• Coordinate with the Principal, staff, parents, and management.
• Lead school events, inspections, meetings, and academic initiatives.
• Maintain discipline, ensure policy compliance, and foster a positive learning environment.
