Position: Vice Principal
Location: Palwali, Faridabad, Haryana
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹55,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience)

Qualifications & Experience

• Master's Degree (Mandatory)
• B.Ed or other relevant professional qualification
• Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching and academic leadership
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or Hindi

Leadership & Professional Skills

• Academic planning and curriculum implementation
• School administration and operational management
• Staff mentoring, supervision, and performance evaluation
• Student discipline and parent relationship management
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in educational technology and school management practices

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Principal in managing the school's academic and administrative operations.
• Monitor teaching quality, curriculum delivery, and student performance.
• Guide and mentor teachers to ensure academic excellence.
• Coordinate with parents, staff, and management for smooth school functioning.
• Ensure discipline, safety, and adherence to school policies.
• Lead school events, meetings, inspections, and professional development initiatives.
