Positions: Vice Principal & Academic Coordinators
Location: Sector 56A, Faridabad, Haryana – 121004
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹48,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience)

Eligibility Criteria

• Master's Degree (Mandatory)
• Professional Qualification: B.Ed. / M.Ed.
• Minimum 5 years of teaching and academic leadership experience
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or Hindi

Leadership Skills

• Academic planning and curriculum implementation
• Teacher mentoring and performance evaluation
• School administration and operational management
• Classroom observation and quality assurance
• Parent communication and student support
• Leadership, decision-making, and team management

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the school's academic and administrative operations.
• Monitor curriculum delivery, lesson planning, and student performance.
• Mentor teachers and coordinate academic activities across departments.
• Ensure discipline, compliance with school policies, and a positive learning environment.
• Coordinate with parents, staff, and school management for smooth functioning.
• Organize school events, meetings, training programs, and educational initiatives.
