Position: Pre-Primary Academic Coordinator (Female)
Location: Government Employees Colony, Rohtak, Haryana – 124021
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience)

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
• B.Ed. qualification required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-primary teaching or academic coordination
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or Hindi

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the academic planning and daily operations of the pre-primary section.
• Guide and mentor teachers to ensure high-quality classroom instruction.
• Develop lesson plans, learning activities, and assessment strategies.
• Monitor student development and maintain academic standards.
• Coordinate with parents, teachers, and school management.
• Organize school events, teacher training sessions, and academic initiatives.
