Positions: Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics & Biology Faculty
Location: Jat Colony, Sikar, Rajasthan – 332001
Salary: ₹42,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience)

Eligibility Criteria

• Master's Degree in the relevant subject
• Professional Qualification: B.Ed., CTET, or other relevant teaching certification
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or Hindi

Subject Skills

• Strong command over the respective subject and curriculum
• Concept-based teaching and advanced problem-solving techniques
• Board examination and competitive exam preparation
• Lesson planning, assessments, and performance evaluation
• Smart classroom and technology-enabled teaching
• Student mentoring, doubt-solving, and academic guidance

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and result-oriented classroom instruction in the assigned subject.
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Monitor student progress and provide individual academic support.
• Create an interactive and disciplined learning environment.
• Coordinate with parents, faculty members, and school management.
• Participate in academic planning, examinations, meetings, and institutional activities.
