Position: Mother Teacher
Location: Wadi Bk., Nanded, Maharashtra – 431605
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience)

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
• Professional Qualification: NTT (Nursery Teacher Training)
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience
• Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi

Required Skills

• Early childhood education and child-centered teaching
• Activity-based and experiential learning methods
• Phonics, storytelling, rhymes, and foundational literacy
• Classroom management and student engagement
• Creative arts, crafts, and classroom activities
• Strong communication and parent interaction skills
• Basic computer knowledge and smart classroom teaching

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and nurture pre-primary students through engaging and interactive learning activities.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and age-appropriate classroom activities.
• Foster students' cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development.
• Maintain a safe, caring, and positive classroom environment.
• Monitor student progress and communicate regularly with parents.
• Participate in school events, meetings, workshops, and extracurricular activities.
