Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹34,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
  • Professional Qualification: D.El.Ed.
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
  • Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi

Subject-Specific Skills

  • Strong foundation in teaching English, Hindi, Mathematics, EVS, and General Studies
  • Child-centered and activity-based teaching methodologies
  • Phonics, foundational literacy, and numeracy skills
  • Lesson planning, classroom management, and student assessment
  • Smart classroom technology and digital teaching tools
  • Creative learning activities, storytelling, art integration, and classroom engagement
  • Effective parent communication and student mentoring

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach all primary-level subjects using engaging and interactive teaching methods.
  • Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, teaching aids, and classroom activities.
  • Foster students' academic, social, emotional, and moral development.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents.
  • Maintain a safe, disciplined, and positive classroom environment.
  • Coordinate with fellow teachers, school management, and parents to support student success.
