Jaihind Residential School is inviting applications from energetic, disciplined, and dedicated professionals for the position of PTI / Drill Instructor. Position: PTI / Drill Instructor
Location: Tilaiya Dam Rd, Barki Dhamrai, Jharkhand
Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
  • Professional Qualification: B.P.Ed., M.P.Ed., or other relevant qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Physical Education or Drill Instruction
  • Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi

Subject-Specific Skills

  • Physical education and fitness training
  • Drill, parade, marching, and discipline management
  • Athletics, sports coaching, and outdoor activities
  • Yoga, warm-up exercises, and physical fitness assessment
  • Sports event planning and tournament management
  • First aid, sports safety, and injury prevention
  • Leadership, teamwork, and student motivation

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily physical training, drill sessions, and fitness activities.
  • Train students in sports, athletics, marching, and discipline.
  • Organize sports competitions, annual sports meets, and extracurricular activities.
  • Monitor students' physical fitness and encourage healthy lifestyle habits.
  • Ensure the proper use and maintenance of sports equipment and facilities.
  • Coordinate with teachers, parents, and school management regarding student development.
  • Participate in school events, assemblies, meetings, camps, and other assigned responsibilities.
