Position: PRT – All Subject Teacher
Location: Neminagar, Damoh, Madhya Pradesh – 470661
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience)

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
• Professional Qualification: D.El.Ed.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
• Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi

Subject-Specific Skills

• Strong knowledge of English, Hindi, Mathematics, EVS, and General Studies
• Activity-based and child-centered teaching methodologies
• Foundational literacy and numeracy skills
• Lesson planning, classroom management, and student assessment
• Smart classroom technology and digital teaching tools
• Creative learning activities, storytelling, and project-based learning
• Effective communication with parents and student mentoring

Key Responsibilities

• Teach all primary-level subjects using engaging and interactive teaching methods.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, teaching aids, and classroom activities.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment.
• Encourage students' academic, social, emotional, and moral development.
• Coordinate with teachers, parents, and school management to support student success.
• Participate in school events, examinations, meetings, workshops, and extracurricular activities.
