Position: Activity Teacher
Location: Narayana Schools Rd, Binnaguri, West Bengal – 734015
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹32,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience)

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
• Professional qualification in a relevant activity or performing arts field preferred
• Minimum 3 years of teaching or activity coaching experience
• Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi

Subject-Specific Skills

• Expertise in one or more areas such as Art & Craft, Music, Dance, Drama, Public Speaking, Yoga, Sports, Creative Writing, or Life Skills
• Activity-based and experiential learning techniques
• Event planning, stage performance, and competition management
• Student engagement, creativity, and talent development
• Classroom management and effective communication
• Basic computer skills and digital presentation tools
• Teamwork, leadership, and mentoring abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and interactive activity classes for students.
• Plan and implement creative, skill-based, and experiential learning activities.
• Organize school assemblies, cultural programs, exhibitions, competitions, and annual events.
• Identify, mentor, and nurture students' talents and interests.
• Coordinate with teachers, parents, and school management to support students' holistic development.
• Maintain records of student participation and achievements.
• Participate in school meetings, workshops, extracurricular activities, and other assigned responsibilities.
