ACADEMIC HEAD – DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL JIND

DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL JIND, 10th Milestone, Lohchab, Safidon Road, Jind, Haryana – 126102, is inviting applications for the position of Academic Head at our school in Urban Estate, Jind, Haryana.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise academic planning and curriculum implementation.
• Monitor teaching quality, lesson planning, and classroom effectiveness.
• Guide, mentor, and evaluate teachers to improve academic performance.
• Ensure CBSE curriculum compliance, assessment planning, and academic excellence.
• Coordinate with school management, teachers, students, and parents.
• Maintain discipline, professionalism, and high academic standards.
• Organize staff meetings, academic reviews, training sessions, and school events.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree with B.Ed.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in academic leadership or school administration.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum planning, teacher mentoring, classroom observation, and student assessment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to attend the interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period.

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹32,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience)
• Benefits as per school policy.
