Key Responsibilities:

• Teach the assigned subject using effective and engaging classroom methodologies.
• Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials in accordance with the curriculum.
• Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance and support.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Coordinate with school management, colleagues, and parents to ensure student success.
• Participate in examinations, school activities, meetings, and professional development programs.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree with B.Ed. and M.Ed.
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience.
• Strong subject expertise in Commerce, History, Geography, Political Science, or Chemistry.
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
• Punctual, professional, and willing to attend the interview, demo class (if applicable),and probation period.

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹40,000 – ₹58,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience).
• Benefits as per school policy.
