Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Accountancy, Economics, or Business Studies with strong conceptual clarity and practical application.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and examination materials as per the curriculum.
- Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance for board examinations and competitive readiness.
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster an engaging learning environment.
- Coordinate with school management, colleagues, students, and parents to achieve academic excellence.
- Participate in school events, meetings, examinations, and professional development activities.
Requirements:
- Ph.D./Doctorate with B.Ed., M.Ed., CTET, or other relevant professional qualifications.
- Minimum 10 years of teaching experience.
- Strong subject expertise in Accountancy, Economics, or Business Studies, with excellent curriculum planning and classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
- Punctual, professional, and willing to attend the interview, demo class (if applicable),and probation period.
Salary & Benefits:
- ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience).
- Benefits as per school policy.
