Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor students/residents in the hostel.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and proper conduct within the hostel.
• Manage hostel attendance, roll calls, and daily records.
• Ensure students follow hostel rules and regulations.
• Address student concerns and coordinate with management when required.
• Monitor hostel facilities, cleanliness, and maintenance.
• Handle emergencies and report incidents promptly to the concerned authorities.
• Coordinate with parents, teachers, security staff, and management when necessary.
• Conduct regular rounds of the hostel premises.
• Ensure the overall well-being and security of residents.
