Primary Teacher (Grades 1–5)

Key Responsibilities 

Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.

Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

Develop students' literacy, numeracy, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Assess student learning through formative and summative assessments.

Maintain lesson plans, student records, and assessment documentation.

Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.

Integrate technology and activity-based learning into classroom teaching.

Foster positive behaviour and classroom discipline.

Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.

Participate in school events, assemblies, parent-teacher meetings, and co-curricular activities.

Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices and student outcomes.

Participate in professional development programmes and training.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

B.Ed. (Mandatory)

Strong command of spoken and written English.

Experience

1–3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE or reputed school.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching may also apply.
