Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of young children.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and social-emotional growth.
• Monitor and document student progress, maintaining regular communication with parents regarding academic and behavioral milestones.
• Collaborate with fellow staff members to organize school events and enhance the overall curriculum.
• Utilize creative teaching aids and play-based learning techniques to make education fun and effective.

Qualification & Experience

• Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
• A minimum of 1 year of professional teaching experience in a kindergarten or preschool setting is required.
