SCHOOL COUNSELOR

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students to address emotional, social, and behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administration to create a positive learning environment.
• Conduct workshops on mental health awareness, career guidance, and life skills.
• Maintain confidential student records and monitor progress effectively.
• Implement intervention strategies to support students with special needs or academic difficulties.

Qualification & Experience

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a school setting.

Requirements

• Professional certification such as B.Ed or other relevant counseling diplomas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse student groups.
• Deep empathy, patience, and a commitment to child welfare.
