Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive counselling support to students, parents, and staff to ensure emotional and academic well-being.
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to the unique needs of students with diverse learning requirements.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to create inclusive lesson plans and classroom strategies.
• Conduct regular assessments and monitor the progress of students requiring special educational intervention.
• Maintain detailed records and provide professional guidance to stakeholders regarding student development.

Qualification & Experience

• Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Professional certifications including D.El.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, or M.Ed are mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in a school setting is required.
