We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to connect with prospective parents, understand their requirements, present our school’s strengths, and guide families through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
Handle admission enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins and digital channels.
Counsel parents and provide accurate information about the school, curriculum, facilities and programmes.
Conduct campus visits and guide prospective parents.
Follow up with enquiries and convert prospective families into admissions.
Maintain enquiry and follow-up records.
Coordinate with the Academic, Accounts and Marketing teams.
Support admission campaigns, events and outreach activities.
Achieve assigned monthly admission targets.
What We Are Looking For
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and persuasive counselling ability.
Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience in school admissions, education counselling, sales or customer relations will be an advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Location: Denkanikottai
Position: Full-Time
