We are looking for female Physical Education Teachers for our school located at Mogappair, Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
Design, plan, implement and engage Physical Education lessons for different age groups aligned with board standards.
Train / Coach and Mentor students in Indoor and Outdoor sports.
Focus on students skills development activities, team work, etc.
Ensure safety of students on the fields, and implementing behavioural management
Organise, supervise and officiate school Annual Sports Day and other sports related Events
Conduct Intra School matches and competitions, identify and nurture talented students for competitive sports for Inter School, District, State & National Level competitions
Guiding students on exercise routines, maximise physical activity time and teaching new skills
Track and document students' physical development and participation.
Maintain inventory of sports equipment and ensure proper care, storage and maintenance of sports materials.
Inspect playgrounds and sports facilities periodically.
Raise requisitions for purchase or replacement of sports equipment.
Communicate with parents, staff and administration regarding student health, progress, and behavioural issues
