Candidate Profile
We are specifically looking for faculty who possess:
5+ years of IIT-JEE teaching experience preferred
Strong experience handling JEE Advanced batches
Excellent command over the subject and Advanced-level problem solving
Proven ability to train high-performing students
Track record of JEE Advanced selections / IIT admissions preferred
Experience with reputed JEE coaching institutes will be an advantage
IIT/NIT/IISc/BITS/top-institution academic background preferred, but teaching performance and results will be given greater importance
Excellent classroom communication and student mentoring skills
