The Roles:
We are actively recruiting for three critical leadership positions. Candidates may apply for the role that best aligns with their expertise:
Principal: The school's primary visionary and chief executive. Responsible for overall strategic planning, institutional growth, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the school's mission aligns with IB philosophy and sustainable practices.
Vice Principal: The operational leader driving day-to-day excellence. Focuses on student welfare, discipline, faculty support, campus operations, and fostering a positive, inclusive school culture.
Academic Director: The pedagogical architect. Dedicated exclusively to the rigorous implementation and continuous improvement of the IB curriculum (PYP, MYP, and DP),faculty professional development, and academic assessment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Champion the IB learner profile and ensure all academic and extracurricular programs meet the highest international standards.
Curriculum & Pedagogy (Academic Director focus): Oversee the alignment, planning, and execution of the IB curriculum, ensuring innovative and inquiry-based teaching practices.
Operational Excellence (Vice Principal focus): Manage daily school logistics, student affairs, and administrative workflows to ensure a safe, enriching environment.
Community & Culture (Principal focus): Cultivate strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and the wider community. Promote our core values of environmental stewardship and global awareness.
Talent Development: Mentor, evaluate, and inspire a diverse team of international educators, fostering a culture of continuous professional growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master’s Degree or PhD in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience within an IB World School environment.
Deep understanding of IB frameworks, authorisation, and evaluation processes.
Proven track record of building and managing high-performing academic teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a diverse international community.
A strong commitment to sustainable education and integrating eco-friendly practices into student life.
