CENTER HEAD – PRE-SCHOOL
Location: Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh
Position: Center Head
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Age: Preferably 30+ Years
Job Type: Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Center Head to manage and lead our Pre-School center in Bareilly.
Key Responsibilities
* Overall management of the Pre-School center
* Lead, train and manage teaching & support staff
* Ensure quality learning and age-appropriate activities
* Handle parents professionally and build strong relationships
* Ensure children’s safety, hygiene, discipline and well-being
* Coordinate school events, activities and celebrations
* Support admissions and parent engagement
* Manage day-to-day academic and administrative operations
Candidate Profile
* Minimum 5 years of experience handling Pre-Primary / Preschool children
* Experience as Center Head / Coordinator / Senior Pre-Primary Teacher preferred
* Preferably 30+ years of age
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong leadership, team-handling and organizational abilities
* Warm, confident, responsible and child-friendly personality
* Good parent-handling and problem-solving skills
* Candidates from reputed Pre-School / Early Childhood Education backgrounds preferred
