We are currently seeking a visionary and experienced leader to join our team as the Principal for our Pre-School division. This is an exceptional opportunity for an educator passionate about shaping young minds and leading a dedicated team of early childhood professionals in a dynamic, growth-oriented school culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily academic and administrative operations of the pre-school.
• Implement and monitor curriculum standards to ensure holistic child development.
• Mentor and lead teaching staff to maintain high pedagogical excellence.
• Foster strong, transparent communication channels with parents and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.

Qualification & Experience

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
• Professional certifications including B.Ed, M.Ed, and NTT are required.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in educational leadership or pre-school management.

Requirements

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Deep understanding of early childhood developmental milestones.
• Ability to drive school growth and maintain a positive, inclusive environment.

Salary & Benefits

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from ₹45,000 to ₹75,000.
