Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot school computer systems, hardware, and peripheral devices.
• Manage school network connectivity, internet services, and basic server maintenance.
• Provide technical support to teaching staff and administrative departments for daily operations.
• Oversee the school’s digital database, student management software, and data security protocols.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of computer labs and assist in conducting digital assessments.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an IT support or system administration role.
• Proven ability to handle technical challenges in a fast-paced educational setting.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in hardware maintenance, networking, and software troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with school staff.
• Willingness to reside on campus as this is a residential position.
