Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Develop comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum and educational standards.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance language proficiency.
• Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
• Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development workshops.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in English or a related field from a recognized university.
• Mandatory B.Ed certification to ensure pedagogical proficiency.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant teaching experience in a recognized school setting.

Requirements

• Strong command of the English language with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to inspire students and foster a love for literature and creative writing.
• Proficiency in modern classroom technology and digital teaching tools.

Salary & Benefits
