Qualification & Experience

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
• Professional certification in B.Ed, NTT, PTT, or ECCE is mandatory.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant teaching experience in a preschool or Montessori setting.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and child development stages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and parents.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for early childhood education.

Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹35,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Employees will also receive standard school benefits as per institutional policy.
