Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and comprehensive Chemistry lessons to senior secondary students.
• Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments aligned with the curriculum.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and conduct remedial classes as needed.
• Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development workshops.
• Maintain a disciplined and positive classroom environment conducive to learning.

Qualification & Experience

• Master’s Degree in Chemistry from a recognized university.
• B.Ed degree is mandatory for this position.
• Open to both freshers and experienced candidates with a strong command of the subject.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for teaching.
• Ability to integrate modern teaching methodologies in the classroom.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 based on experience.
• Additional benefits include on-campus accommodation, Provident Fund (PF), and ESI coverage.
