Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans for English and Social Studies curricula.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
• Assess student progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with fellow staff members to enhance the overall educational experience.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic performance.

Qualification & Experience

• Must hold a Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional teaching experience.

Requirements

• Professional certifications such as B.Ed, M.Ed, NTT, or MBA are highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a deep passion for teaching.
• Ability to adapt teaching methodologies to meet diverse learning needs.
