Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Accountancy lessons to senior secondary students in alignment with the curriculum.
• Develop comprehensive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and academic needs.
• Conduct regular assessments, provide constructive feedback, and track student progress effectively.
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and collaborative departmental activities.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or a related field.
• Professional teaching qualification: B.Ed or M.Ed is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant teaching experience at the PGT level.

Requirements

• Strong subject matter expertise in Accountancy and financial principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students and staff.
• Proficiency in modern teaching methodologies and digital classroom tools.
