Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily library operations, including cataloging, circulation, and resource maintenance.
• Develop and implement programs to encourage reading habits among students and staff.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming, and technologically updated library environment.
• Collaborate with faculty to integrate library resources into the school curriculum.
• Oversee the procurement of new books, journals, and digital learning materials.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Mandatory professional degree: B.Lib or M.Lib.
• Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in a school or academic library setting.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in library management software and digital cataloging systems.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with students and staff effectively.
