Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and implementation of the mathematics curriculum across various grade levels.
• Provide instructional leadership and mentorship to the mathematics faculty to enhance teaching quality.
• Monitor student performance data to identify learning gaps and implement effective intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with school administration to align academic goals with the school’s vision.
• Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.

Qualification & Experience

• Master’s Degree in Mathematics or a related field is mandatory.
• Professional teaching qualifications including B.Ed and M.Ed are required.
• A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in an academic or leadership role within a reputed school.
