Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging lesson plans tailored for early childhood development.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for young children.
• Monitor student progress and maintain regular communication with parents regarding developmental milestones.
• Incorporate creative teaching methodologies, including play-way techniques and storytelling.
• Collaborate with staff to organize school events and extracurricular activities.

Qualification & Experience

• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
• Professional certification in D.El.Ed or B.Ed is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven teaching experience in a reputed school setting.

Requirements

• Strong command of English and excellent communication skills.
• Deep understanding of child psychology and early learning pedagogy.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
