NUR/LKG/UKG MOTHER TEACHER

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored for early childhood education.
• Provide holistic care and emotional support to students, acting as a primary caregiver in the classroom.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and developmental milestones.
• Collaborate with staff to organize school events and extracurricular activities.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
• Professional certification: B.Ed or M.Ed is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a preschool or primary school setting.

Requirements

• Strong command of English and Hindi with excellent communication skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
